Meditation Testimonials
Kelly is calm, kind and unjudgmental. I find it hard to be vulnerable, but her presence simply takes that away. She's taught me a huge amount about personal growth, the importance of caring for your mental health and taking a minute to care for yourself! Couldn't do life without her!

Kelly is an amazing instructor who leads the class in such a calming presence. I leave each session feeling rejuvenated and at peace. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking to cultivate mindfulness and improve their overall well-being.

Absolutely love coming to Kelly’s meditation classes on Sundays! I’m so glad I found this space to just be and breathe. I really walk away like I’m ready for the week ahead and a lot clearer. She’s so good at what she does and really makes you feel at ease and comfortable. Best way to spend my Sunday eve.
I would like to thank Kelly for her proactive, thoughtful, and inspiring help and support in delivering a series of hugely helpful mindfulness sessions over 6 weeks. Her forward thinking, thorough knowledge and understanding of the human mind and its complexities is second to none.
She puts your mind at rest and employs a multitude of mindfulness techniques to return you to your factory settings. From breathing techniques, being in the present, her approaches are holistic and user friendly, always looking for ways to help and support through her experiences in this new and fascinating world of mindfulness. I highly recommend her mindfulness courses; they are simply outstanding and purely revolutionary.

Book Testimonials
Desperate to be Loved is a must read, the author conveyed her personality so well throughout, it felt as though she was sitting right next to me. I've learnt so much about anxiety, mindfulness and wellness through listening to the authors story and wise words.
I recommend this book for anyone experiencing anxiety, who would like to try to understand it better. Oftentimes I've picked the book up in moments of stress and it's helped me to alleviate those feelings. I especially love the many beautiful poems that were included throughout.
Incredible. Grab a cuppa and let this book take you somewhere to where you need to be! Firstly finding compassion in the authors own personal story, so delicately, sensitively and openly written, comes naturally.
It’s difficult not to relate in areas which can come as a surprise on occasions! Being courageous and brave takes vulnerability which shines through the pages. My teenage daughter also read the book said it was inspirational. It made her see things differently and lifted her spirits. Fab read!
This book is beautifully written, with an honest and open approach. I can only compare it to having your best friend holding your hand, supporting and encouraging you to be you; leading you on your own path to self discovery. There is so much wisdom in the words. The experIence of the author, which she has been courageous enough to share, I believe will resonate with so many readers.
It is easy to read, and I couldn’t put it down! I have been practicing Mindfulness for a year and have learnt so much from this book, but believe even those experienced in Mindfulness will gain so much from an author writing from her heart and willing to share experiences of her personal journey, overcoming her own anxiety and lack of self worth. I feel privileged to have read this beautiful book. I felt I too was on a journey, realising that we must love ourselves first, before we can even begin to experience all that life has to offer, if we just take a moment to notice.
This book is truly inspirational, uplifting, full of hope and tracks a positive journey of self discovery. I thank the author for all that she has shared. I loved the meditations and the poems that were also included. I highly recommend this book.
Reading this book felt like coming up for air, making me realise I had been holding my breath without even realising it. I would recommend this book to anyone, it’s such a brave and honest read and reminds us all make space to reconnect with ourselves and step away from the constant demands of daily life that can make you feel at times as if you are drowning. Let this book pull you to the surface.
I have never connected more to a book or a person! I loved reading about her healing journey and this book has so many helpful tips! Definitely recommend giving this a read!
Kelly’s account of her struggle with anxiety and of ‘people pleasing’ - to the detriment of her own wellbeing - left a huge impression on me. I have the audible version of the book which she narrates herself in her distinctively calm, gentle and soothing voice.
It resonated with me on many levels as I too have journaled for most of my life and have boxes full of my notes on psychology, neuroscience, metaphors, articles, favourite quotes and poems I have written and others have penned. And all this because I felt different, like I didn’t fit in and often seemed out of step with the majority. Julie Walters summed it up perfectly in Educating Rita when she uttered the immortal words “there must be a better song to sing than this.” So I am eternally grateful to Kelly for helping me to realise that I am not alone and that when we start to really listen, to understand and love our authentic selves we can forge our own way, the way that we were always meant to take through life.
Kelly’s poems are incredibly honest and thought provoking and her guidance on mindfulness, breathing techniques, meditation and other holistic interventions are very helpful. In particular, I love kelly’s guided meditation on the Chakras. I listen to it two or three times a week for the fascinating insights and moments of pure clarity it brings. Thank you kelly. You have inspired me 🙏

I had such a lovely experience chatting with Kelly on her radio show recently. She was so professional, calm and welcoming, and made the whole morning run effortlessly. Kelly put me completely at ease. Our conversation felt so natural and relaxed that I almost forgot I was on the radio! A real joy to talk with and a brilliant host.
Stacey
I was delighted to have a slot on Kelly's show. She's a very welcoming host, and I thoroughly enjoyed our time, which felt more like a conversation with a friend! As a fellow author, she understands the passion it takes to put your thoughts and your heart on paper.
David
I was so impressed with Kelly’s professionalism, she made her guests feel really welcome and relaxed. Considering she was talking to people who’ve had very little radio experience that’s no mean feat! Her ability to multi task is incredible - to really listen to the guests whilst working the desk/ queuing songs/watching the time etc is impressive! It was a pleasure to be Kelly’s guest.
Laura
Being on Good Morning Marlow with Kelly was an absolute delight! From the start, Kelly's engaging questions displayed a genuine interest in the topics, making the whole experience incredibly enjoyable. As my first time on radio, I was a bit nervous, but Kelly's warm and welcoming presence put me completely at ease. Not only was the conversation fun, but getting to choose my playlist and dedicate songs for friends and family was a bonus. Overall, the experience was brilliant and something I’d happily do again.
Michael
Kelly was the perfect host for my very first radio interview about the new charity I founded. With a belief and passion for what we are doing as well as extensive experience in the field she is a key collaborator and supporter! Her relaxed and confident hosting style made something challenging enjoyable and the time passed so quickly. Listening back I realised how much she had held me deliver in terms of key information about the charity, who we help and how.
I absolutely loved being hosted by her and she has such a natural and authentic presence on the radio!
Denise
I love morning shows and being on GMM with Kelly didn’t disappoint. Kelly has a way of making her guests feel relaxed and at home even in a studio set up with headphones and a whopping big microphone. It wasn’t just her meditative minute, or her calm voice, it’s her kind, patient and generous manner that draws you to a comfort zone. I’m really glad I did the show and grateful for the opportunity to talk about my artwork and our shop the Creative Collective in Marlow.
Nina
Kelly is a really good person to host interviews. Kelly made me feel incredibly safe and able to open up which is important to me. Especially when most media outlets only want click bait or headlines.
Marlow FM was a really cool place to visit and see how a small community radio does such a good job for its listeners!
Ben
It was so great to be invited to be part of Kelly’s show. She puts you at easy right away and has a special gift of being able to connect with her guests. She was genuinely interested in what we had to say and keen to learn more about us as people and not just what we do. Thank you kelly for giving us the opportunity to share our passion with you.
Jo
Kelly has a really warm tone and gentle manner which made me immediately feel at home and really engaged me in the discussion at the same time as feeling really relaxed. Kelly showed genuine interest in what I do, how I got here, what i’m working on. I couldn’t have done better if I had set up the questions myself! Her questions made me open up about what I love the most about my work, what i am planning in the months ahead and what I wanted to share with the audience. We ended up talking for much longer than I thought, we were in real flow. I felt I was catching up with a friend, the interview had that intimacy and connection. the whole experience was really enjoyable and I wouldn’t hesitate to be interviewed by Kelly again.
