What is Mindfulness? 

Mindfulness is slowing down and being present, truly present, and being aware or paying attention in a particular way, on purpose, non judgementally. 
 
Here are some example classes and programmes that are available: 
Introduction to Mindfulness 
A chance to find out about mindfulness and what it can do for you, whatever your age. 
Personalised 1-2-1 sessions 
Additional 90 minute mindfulness sessions, available for adults, children and teenagers. 
8-Week Programme 
Weekly 1-2 hour sessions for 8 weeks that follow a programme which is proven to help you reduce stress and anxiety. It takes on average about 8 weeks for a new habit to become automatic and for the brain to develop new patterns. 
 
Completing the 8-week course alongside home practice helps cement new positive attitudes and habits. 
4-Week Programme for Children & Teenagers 
Weekly 30-45 minute sessions for 4 weeks, tailored for children and young adults to enable them to be mindful and use this to help build strength, confidence and happiness. Children are at great advantage when learning to practise mindfulness. With their developing brains it is easier to instil new positive habits. Mindfulness improves the working memory and helps with flexible thinking. It also helps with mental, emotional and physical health.

Relieve your anxiety and stress and enable your confidence to grow. 
Mindfulness in the Workplace 
Full day team-building/corporate events to promote better performance, team working and productivity in any corporate environment or other organisation. 
Mindfulness in Schools 
All children need to be able to have the tools to deal with life’s obstacles. Mindfulness equips them to be able to deal with things more proactively (class sessions available for all ages from 3-17).
