Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation that combines the wisdom of yoga with deep relaxation. The gift of Yoga is that you Bend and Don't Break building extreme flexability.
I welcome you to the practcice which induces a state of inner awareness, often referred to as “yogic sleep,” where you are awake but deeply relaxed. You might fall asleep, but that's ok too! Unlike traditional meditation, Yoga Nidra withdraws the senses internally and guides individuals between wakefulness and dreaming, making the subconscious mind more receptive and bring wholeness.
