Small, subtle changes every day. Practising mindfulness and having this time during lockdown I discovered what I actually like doing, what I’m passionate about, how much I enjoy writing, meditating, dancing, seeing friends and family, baking and more. If you give yourself a moment, some space, there is a whole world to discover. The adventure starts with you. How does it make you feel when you discover something? That excited feeling finding hidden treasures on the beach to fill your bucket. Discovering something new that you love that you never even thought you’d like. A great restaurant with good food.

One of the best for me is when you discover old things, bringing back precious memories – or better still discovering something new in something or someone that’s been right there all along, you just hadn’t seen it before.
How great it is when you discover a new book, you’re completely sucked in, you are in that book – you can’t put it down! A beautiful new spot in nature you’ve never seen before. There is so much to discover – we just need to stop and look.
