Passionate about the work she does and the benefit it brings Kelly is bringing together a wonderful workshop for you to explore yourself, take some time for you and discover the benefits of Meditation. There is no expectation or experience needed, just yourself, an open mind and open heart . The simple act of being aware brings so much. Connect with your creativity, your confidence and most importantly yourself.
